Die Firma CEG Schwarzwald investiert in die Entwicklung innovativer Betonfertigteilwerke in China und errichtete in ihrem Industrie und Business Park in Yancheng bereits ein Produktionswerk und eine Testlabor. Die Industriegebäude selbst werden aus den Elementen der ersten Produktionslinien gefertigt. Das Design für die neuen Werke basiert auf einer geringen Anzahl standartisierter Module. Neben wirtschaftlichen und konstrucktiven Aspekten wird großer Wert auf eine ansprechende Architektureästhetik gelegt. Die Werkshallen sind ihr eigenes Aushängeschild.
The real estate developer CEG Schwarzwald invests into innovative concrete precast solutions in China and established already a production and a testing facility in the company's industrial par in Yancheng. The factory buildings themselves are built from elements of the first production lines. The design of the new factory halls is based on a small number of standard precast elements. The design does not only pay high attention to cost effectiveness and constructive solutions but also take into account architectural aesthetics. The factory hall are a display of their own capacity.
